• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

• Return Shipping: We offer Free Return Shipping on all eligible items. Please contact us at sydney96bournay@gmail.com to receive a prepaid return label.

• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Exclusions: We do not have "Final Sale" items; all products are eligible for our 30-day return window unless otherwise stated for hygiene reasons (e.g., certain jewelry or intimate apparel).

• Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
